Anne, too the right you have a beam line splitting you stairs. make certain you take a look there and the beam is not causing head room clearance at the landing. OBC allows a minimum head clearance of 7'-6".
You are right Paul- that is at 6'8"- I need to cut the slab back and show the slab edge line.
Anne, paul, I don't see you needing any beams, except to frame openings; even an 8" flat slab should do.
