Five Stories

Has anyone considered going up five stories? Are there any issues I should be aware of in considering this? I will be doing some more code research, but I thought I'd ask.

Four stories could be done wioth first floor non-combustible (i.e. concrete frame), a two-hour separation and a three story protected wood strucure (SIP) on top of it. With five stories you would definetely not be using wood anymore; you would be looking at concrete frame, block and plank or steel frame.
